The State Veterinarian and the Public Health Director of Iowa has issued a statement that if a pet is past due on their rabies vaccination they will be issued a rabies vaccine good for 1 year.   A 3 year vaccine will not be issued.   Rabies is required by the state.  We will be following these guidelines in accordance with the state's requirements.   If you have any questions please ask.
