Our hours are Monday thru Friday 7 am-6pm. Emergency service is available.
We offer care for your cats and dogs. We also enjoy seeing the occasional reptile, bird, rabbit, ferrets and pocket pets.
At Pioneer Animal Hospital, we encourage you to bring your pet in for a yearly exam and regular vaccination. By doing this many diseases and other health problems can be caught early or avoided.
For dogs we recommend DHPPCV and Rabies vaccination. Lymes and Bordetella are also available and given as determined by your dogs lifestyle.
For cats we recommend FVRCP and Rabies vaccination. Cats who frequent the outdoors are encouraged to be tested for and vaccinated against Feline Leukemia.
Yearly fecal exams are also encourged.
Senior pets would benefit from yearly or twice yearly exams and urinalysis. A urinalysis is a simple test that gives the veterinarian a good idea how well the body is functioning such as the kidneys, liver and a quick screeing for diabetes.
